U.S. Special Representative Zalmay Khalilzad has ended the seventh round of talks with the Taliban in Doha, Qatar. Intra-Afghan talks were also held in between negotiations on the Taliban’s terms. Though Afghan government officials were present, they only participated in their personal capacities.
